How to Prepare a Refreshing Mint Matcha

Now, without further ado, here's how to make our refreshing Matcha Mint:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 2 teaspoons of Junbi Matcha powder
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1 lime sliced
  • Handful of mint
  • Optional: Honey or Cane Sugar

Directions:

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of Junbi Matcha powder to 2 cups of filtered water and whisk until frothy.
  2. Pour the brewed matcha into a large shaker or jar filled with 2 cups of crushed ice.
  3. Slice a lime into thin rounds and add to the shaker.
  4. Add a handful of mint leaves.
  5. If you prefer your tea sweet, you can add a drizzle of honey or cane sugar at this point.
